Siblings Chad and Sara Silacci have dedicated everything they do at Rustique Wines to the memory of their late mom, Rusti. An elementary school teacher for 29 years, Rusti dreamed of opening an event venue and winery with her family in retirement. Today, her kids carry out her dream through their love for winemaking. Happy Mother's Day to the all of the moms who influence our passions in agriculture. https://brnw.ch/21wJHL3

Farmers, ranchers, and food producers know the importance of stewarding the earth—it's what they do every day, and it's a matter of food security. As we celebrate #EarthDay today, we are so grateful to all of the organizations, farmers, ranchers, and producers whose mission it is to feed a hungry world.

In 2000, El Ranchito de los Niños was founded by local ranchers, farmers, and customer owners, Mike and Kathy Mechenbier. El Ranchito provides a long-term, permanent home for sibling groups who were previously separated in foster care. Children of El Ranchito are raised as a family in a rural farm setting with each child getting to choose an animal of their own. "It looks like Noah's Ark over there," Mike says. American AgCredit was proud to share El Ranchito's story with our employees at a recent town hall meeting, and to support their important work of raising brothers and sisters together into adulthood.
