Community Support Network has nine residential homes throughout Sonoma County that serve 200 homeless adults and transitional age youth (18-24) every year. We have delivered innovative supportive housing programs in Sonoma County for more than 5 decades. We focus on providing effective tools, support, housing and dignity to individuals with behavioral health challenges.
