Community Support Network (CSN) provides supportive housing, mental health & wellness services, and early-intervention programs for 350 youth, adults, and families experiencing homelessness in Sonoma County each year. We address behavioral health challenges and help residents build stability, independence, and hope through housing, case management, wellness programs, and strong community partnerships.
