From our roots as a local organization feeding out neighbors living with HIV, Food For Thought continues to grow as a countywide agency fostering health and healing with food and compassion. We provide healthy groceries and meals to people living in Sonoma County with serious medial challenges such as HIV, congestive heart failure, cancer and diabetes.
