We collaborate with cities and neighborhoods to create innovative and integrated housing solutions to support the renewal of urban communities. Our approach to redevelopment focuses on the creation of affordable housing and re-invigoration of aging neighborhoods. All of our work consists of rental dwellings located west of the Mississippi River.
