General Contractor Hugh Futrell and staff work as developer and builders in land use and construction projects as project manager and property managers for projects including Museum on the Square and the Humboldt Apts. Firm acts as site planner through the design and entitlement phase and provides overall coordination and budget analysis for the firm’s projects.
