Wheeler Zamaroni Landscape Supplies

Vanessa helped show us around the massive facility. We're looking for stone for our fireplace and hearth. We were extremely impressed with the quantity and variety of landscaping and building materials available from artificial turf to mulch to gravel to massive boulders and slabs of impressive marble and quartz. We were looking for stone veneer or a thinner stone for the fireplace and had so many options! Of course, the one we liked best was the one with no tag, so Vanessa is researching it for us. Finding a large piece of stone for the hearth was impossible at other places. Here, not a problem. Again, we were spoiled with options. Vanessa knew her inventory and took us right to where we'd see the best colors and materials for our needs.

We are very thrilled we made the trip. It was well worth our time. Everyone who worked in the office was very friendly and kind. The guys working outside were equally kind. They all tolerated our dog and her obsession with looking for lizzards.

Helpful staff. Picked up a yard of Forest Mulch. It looks great. Found very little trash in it. I always find too much trash in the bagged commercial branded mulches. The price per yard had dropped a bit too. I always go to WZ for my landscaping supplies.

This place is really awesome for all your landscaping supply needs. They have endless options for different types of rock, soil and bark/mulch products. I've been here many times. And every time has been wonderful, helpful and insightful. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have a big backyard project coming up, and I definitely plan to use them for all my materials. We didn't get the pavers we were looking for. However they had the best rate on recycled rock. Delivery was between 9-11 as scheduled. Driver was quick and confirmed where we wanted the rock dumped. Made a quick and easy pile and went on his way after leaving our copy of the delivery slip.

The driver had better customer service than the woman we first had an encounter with looking for pavers.

We've been quite satisfied with our experiences (over the last 27
years) that we've been doing business with Wheeler Zamaroni. We've purchased many things from them!!! We've found the staff friendly and helpful!! You usually need to go inside for help, but how can a person object to that???

This place is overpriced and the staff is incompetent. The customer service person behind the desk was having a hard time figuring out how much pebbles I needed. I gave her the measurements and how thick I wanted the area and she kept coming up with different numbers!! She kept asking ME if I was buying enough and if her numbers were correct?? Two days later they call me with the final weights on the materials and a new customer service person asks me if I had the right amount. Strange!!??? I repeated my yard space and said I hope it is. Their delivery fee is 235.00! They only drove 5 miles to my home!! A friend a few doors down from me wanted to add to my delivery and they said THAT WOULD BE A SECOND FEE!!

Overall POOR service from an incompetent staff. Veronica the Manager is no better. She sits behind her computer in the back and doesn't seem to care to train or to do what's right. Rules are rules! I guess even if they are bad rules!?

Good luck with calling them!! Like being on hold for over 25 min!??

Sad. A beautiful location but the price and service leaves much to be desired. Go somewhere else!!

They have good products but the delivery fee are astronomical, it cost more for del then it did for the rock I needed!

From the friendly person who helped me with placing my order over the phone to the delivery guy, (who absolutely nailed getting the load into my precarious driveway) and the rocks themselves, I am beyond happy with Wheeler Zamaroni! If anyone I know needs landscape materials I will happily send them over

I am so very appreciative for the exceptional customer service shown to my by Vanessa. I have had a very difficult time with my backyard project and have put it on hold for months due to the stress. Vanessa went out of her way to help me and researched what it is that I was looking for And gave me a wide variety of options to choose from. She was very thoughtful, patient and took the time to help me get just what I am looking for. This excellent customer service given to me by Vannessa is why I am choosing Wheeler Zamaroni for my hardscaping needs.
