365 Recreational Cannabis Dispensary

Normally I'd rate you 5 stars, but today's experience makes me reconsider ever patronizing you again. It is over 100 degrees outside, your lobby is HUGE and was EMPTY, yet you are still asking people to wait OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT???? Even after I explained that I am very heat intolerant and can I please just stand in the furthest corner, the gal on the desk was rude and dismissive and said well there's shade.
Atrocious.

I was called by one of the managers, who apologized profusely, and who immediately changed their policy on waiting outside in the heat, and is also hooking me up as an apology for my discomfort.

Let's start off with they tried selling my girl a 1/8 for $90 bucks. Super over priced to the point where they are taking advantage of people. And my brother said he went in the guy said ya u will like this it's like kush. He goes to his truck opens the bag that's not see threw and it's old outdoor. Tried to return it right after buying and the guy told him to get lost. Don't waste your time here, there's a lot better spot to check out.

Walked into their parking lot with my dog and wasn't in the lot for more than 1 minute before some dude came out to let me know I was bugging his workers on break and that I needed to leave the parking lot. The employees on break requested us to leave the lot because we were bugging them. Hard to believe when I hadn't even been in the lot for more than one minute. Even if I were to want to
Do business here I never would and I absolutely never would recommend this place to anyone. Assholes don't treat customers in this manner. Take your business to one of the other million dispensaries in Santa Rosa who may not treat you like garbage!!!! The only reason the guy would jump on it so quickly is if they are up to something back there they don't want their customers to see. Shady for sure!

The skinny tall white guy lies to me every single time I go blatantly tells me a lie to my face with no strength in his voice because he's lying. I asked him fora fresh prerolll and he gives me the oldest options. Everytime I go he's like that

Do not recommend this place because they try to sell you products that you tell them that your not interested in.. I found that when I asked for specific cannabis, they try and sell me just any cannabis, even if I tell them I do not want to purchase CBD.cannabis, they don't care and will sell me any garbage cannabis with extra CBD. I tell them I only want THC cannabis, then they push CBD cannabis on me. I got tired of going in there to buy a specific product, ( THC ) and they push products on me that I am not interested in ( CBD). Very disappointed in their sales department. Im not saying there products won't get you high, just they don't care what they sell you. They pressure you into buying what you don't want.

Great selection, great prices, and staff was very helpful and kind. Tinctures and CBD 18:1 cartridge.

Wonderful place, good prices, great and patient staff. Definitely worth the time to get over there.

Yet again, a seamless and quick shopping trip to my go-to dispensary up here in Sonoma County. I'm always able to check-in with no wait and there's always a bud tender ready to help. The only negative thing that I can even think of is that I've been sold on a couple of edibles, capsules, and now tincture, that were suggested to help with my pain mgmt. Ive had to double and sometimes triple the dose to achieve sufficient relief which gets super expensive. I don't think about my tolerance levels when I'm in my happy place shopping for goods but I'll make a point to remember for next time in hopes that 365 will be able to better help me.
I would have changed my rating to 5 stars but I couldn't bc today they had EXTREMELY low stock on cartridges. I was pretty bummed on that, and I believe the visit before that (or before that) was the same situation, where limited vape cartridge selection was available

My first visit was a few months ago, and the sales person was highly informed and helpful. The second visit was different. The person wasn't very helpful and told me some items that were on sale that he needed to say was not true. They had NO batteries to power the cartridges, none. They are selling a product that needs a battery to function. No batteries. My first visit was a 5 and beyond, not sure I will return.

I finally found the perfect dispensary on the north end of Santa Rosa! They have a huge selection and were really nice on the phone when I had a few questions. The budtenders seemed really well educated and were sweet as could be.

Earlier this week I went in for some sleep products and got some incredible items that work really well. If you look on their website, there are lots of sales and ways to get a deal- I brought in a can of food for the food drive and got 10% off!

Great prices for edibles, raw products, pre rolls, vape options- really just about everything.
