Biohazard Plus

I reached out to Bio Hazard Plus for a cleanup job on the interior of a vehicle. Their scheduler, Marcela, was so bright and cheery that despite the unfortunate circumstances I was calling under I left the phone call smiling.

Art was so communicative and professional in regards to the cleanup itself. He even was available to answer some followup questions I had the next day. I would highly recommend Bio Hazard Plus!

Left an incomplete job after promising to come back and finish any left over stains. Could not get a hold of them after payment to come back. Also I called 5 times at 4am and they didn't pick up. So they're not actually 24/7

Suffering a terrible family tragedy after the death of my son-in-law, this company was called (and referred by police) to clean up body fluids present in home at time of death; they extorted us for further money on site (we did not view home); and you make the choice between paying or having them walk away on one of the worst days of your life; and then, we ended up hiring others to actually clean where they "missed" things that were evident to naked eye. Buyer beware.

At first, I called 3 different companies for quotes. I went with Art because his communication was honest, direct, and compassionate. These are the qualities you want in a professional that is going to handle a death clean of a beloved family member. Art took the time to answer questions that I had about the process. He is knowledgeable and this came through in our conversation. The communication with the other 2 places was not as successful. I am grateful for Art.

In that initial phone conversation, I gave Art a description of the space and the conditions of the room. He gave me a base price and time estimate over the phone. When he arrived to evaluate the space, he adjusted the estimate--since he had prepared me for it as a possibility and then explained why, I had no issues. He was communicative every step of the way from start to finish. Art's voice sets you at ease. (This was not the case with the other 2 places I called for quotes).

Art and his partner Maurice put me at ease over the phone when I described items to be mindful of. They listened, they were supportive, and they assured me they would be mindful. I am so grateful for them and their kindness, care, and support. Maurice said over the phone, "We are here to help you."

On the actual day of cleaning, they had several challenges to deal with including the location-- (i.e. parking issues). They were able to overcome that. Additionally, we made all arrangements over the phone. They were responsive and worked with me. They were prompt (early) and they completed the job in record time. They called me afterward to close things out. I appreciate that closure. I appreciate them working with me from a distance. I am so grateful.

I would highly recommend their services if you need a death clean. They will get the job done right, at a fair cost, with dignity and respect for everyone involved. Thank you, Art and Maurice. I am grateful.

I had Art and his team come help with a biohazard/room clean up for my father recently and they went above and beyond my expectations! We had a very difficult case because of my father's very particular and vocal landlord that was complicating the job. Art was very understanding and worked with us to find a solution. He was able to get the job done very fast and efficiently, and he was also able to haul away unneeded items/trash which made relocating my father so much easier for us. He was also very mindful of taking COVID precautions throughout the whole process. We are really grateful for their amazing service and would highly recommend anyone in need of their services!!
