Pedego Santa Rosa

The minute I walked in the door to rent my electric bike for the day I was greeted warmly with big smiles. We were set up with really great bikes and given different choices as far as what we wanted to see and do for the day. We were personally escorted to a smooth bike path Which ran along a long creek on our way to some nice wineries. I highly recommend this place based on amazing customer service and high-quality electric bikes.

What excellent service I received Monday, May 15, 2023 from Colin, the owner of PEDEGO ELECTRIC BKKES in Santa Rosa and Tyler, his ace technician!
Tyler tuned up, replaced the chain and cleaned up my PEDEGO so quickly and efficiently, it blew my mind.
I've always loved dealing with Colin over the years and now with Tyler as the in-house Tech, I feel so happy that my PEDEGO will continue to be serviced so well.
I can't wait to get back on my bike!

The Santa Rosa Pedego shop is amazing! Service is top notch! We love our bikes so much! They are by far the best purchase we've made in the last few years! The warranty on the bikes is top notch. I just love this place . I have rented e-bikes from this store several times when friends are in town and we are looking for something fun to do . The staff there is super friendly and informative . They always spend time with us to make sure we are comfortable and familiar with how the bikes work before we head out . And they make it fun ! So go spend some time in the sunshine and fresh air on one of their bikes . I bet you'll have a smile on your face the whole time !

I LOVE my Pedego bike! I like to tell people "it cost about 1/2 what my used Fiat 500e cost, but it's 20x more fun! That means about 40x more 'bang for the buck'!"
The owner & his workers are great people! Knocked one star off because of the days & hours open. The store times seem to shift around willy nilly (to my mind, but I understand there are seasonal adjustments being made). The store days & times appear owner- & worker-friendly, at the expense of being customer-convenient. More power to them, for making more time to be with friends, family, Life!! but it was a bit odd, last Christmastime, to see the days & hours reduced when almost every other store was increasing available time for last-minute shoppers. I do believe Pedego Santa Rosa is ahead of its time in this department, as other stores start to slowly walk-back the "black friday" nonsense, or, better yet, expand it to a more reasonable "black Nov. and/or Dec."
Again, I believe owner & workers should NOT have to be slaves to their store, but it does make it harder, as a customer, to find days & times that work for us too.

Bob was great! Assisted us with helmet fittings and bike seat adjustments. It was our first time utilizing electric bikes, so he also gave us a tutorial and trial ride to ensure we were comfortable heading out. He also helped us with trail suggestions which was next to the shop-Joe Rodota trail to Sebastopol. The views were amazing passing parks and vineyards. The town had so much to offer- lots of food, wine, and beer. It was still winter, so we returned our bikes at 4pm. They offered hourly rates and daily rates!

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed the ebikes we rented to tour Santa Rosa and take the Joe Rodota trail to Sebastopol. Colin made sure the bikes fit us and gave us good instructions. The bikes were easy to ride. I recommend this place.

This was a great experience going to pedego. We rented the tandem bike because my mom is blind & can't ride alone. This was our first time riding together. It was a great fit for both of us & work out better then we expected. The customer service was really good. They were busy & they made the wait time pleasant. We will be going back again soon.

I recently recently purchased a Pedego Element. The bike is perfect for me, and I got the longer range battery. Colin was helpful and demonstrated the features of the bike. Bikes are flying out the door - this is a great brand!

I bought an electric trike for my dad after he could no longer drive so that he could maintain some independence and exercise. Colin at Pedego was super helpful and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this business.
